Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original presentation box, including all diamond certificates, appraisals, and the original sales receipt.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured for their retail value.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition before we process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
